Q: Which currency the prices are at your website?
A: The currency is in US dollars.
 
Q: Does the shipping cost include in the item price yet?
A: no, the item price which indicated on our website is just for the item, we will calculate the shipping cost for you when receive your order.
 
Q: what is VIP at your website?
A: the VIP is for our wholesale clients, only VIP could place the order with wholesale price (VIP price). If you would like to purchase as wholesale from us, please register on our website , then apply for VIP.
 
Q: I want to order from your site, but I want to get one item as sample first. Can I?
A: Yes, you can order one item as sample first from our site, but the cost will be " shop(retail) price + shipping fee".
 
Q: what is the minimum wholesale order quantity at your website?
A: the minimum order for wholesale(VIP) is 10pcs, items could be mixed and matched.
 
Q: How could I order at your website?
A: please register on our website first, log in our website as ordinary member or VIP member, simply click ¡°buy¡± on the items you need, add to your shopping cart, state the items ¡°quantity ,size and color¡± clearly, update the cart, after you finish ordering, just  click "check out " and submit the order, then we will process your order ASAP and send the invoice to you from email .
 
Q: When will you ship my items?
A: We will ship your items within 48 hours as soon as receive your payment.
 
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We will ship your order within 48 hours after received your payment, then it will take about 3-7 days for delivery.
 
Q: How can I know my order status?
A: Once the items were sent, we will give you the tracking number, so that you could check your order status online. 
 
Q: In which circumstance, you provide replacement or refund?
A: Usually we will check the items quality carefully before shipping, but if there is still some defection on the item or the size is not fit, please contact us within 24 hours since you received the items, after checked and confirmed, we will provide replacement if the item still available .Pls send back the defective item or not fit size item within 24 hours after we got a confirmation, then we will change a same item for you with good condiction and with right fit size. But if the item was sold out, u could ask for refund or left money here as deposit. Clients must bear the return shipping cost, we supposed that you are committed to our policy.
 
Q: Can you supply other kinds of products other than those on the website ?
A: Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will try out best to locate the qualified factory.
